silver service level
A financial only service, preferred by clients who wish to retain responsibility for carrying out the maintenance of the building themselves. This service level provides for all the financial management necessary for a block of flats, fully compliant with the requirements of the lease, with legislation and with the RICS Service Charge Residential Management Code. The client has full control over their mainenance as they wish, and invoices for services received would only be paid once they have authorised any invoices.
gold service level
This is the most popular choice, also known as the standard property management service, which roughly equates to what most managing agents offer as a standard service. This incorporates the most often used and necessary services for a block in terms of its service contracts (communal cleaning, gardening, fire alarm systems, door entry systems, lift maintenance and so on), our quarterly site inspections, reactive maintenance and repairs, health & safety requirements under various Regulations that Landlords are responsible for, and all the financial management necessary from budgeting, charging and collection of service charges, paying contractors, as well as accounting for the budgeted annual maintenance costs and generating the financial ledgers required by the chartered accounting to produce the annual service charge accounts.
platinum service level
Often preferred by many of our prestige and high end blocks. This includes a greatly enhanced range of services included as standard under their fixed management fee.
