However, voluntary regulation demonstrates our commitment to high standards and delivery of customer service, professional expertise, protection of service charge monies and full transparency. Until statutory regulation of managing agents is brought in by the government, we understand the need for all stakeholders of a building to be reassured that their needs are being met with the appropriate standards of expertise and professionalism. Membership of ARMA provides best practice, emerging requirements and methods in our industry. In addition, membership of the IRPM (Institute of Residential Property Management) provides our expert team with the professional tools to constantly evolve and improve our own professional knowledge of all matters relating to leasehold property management.

For our residential property clients, we offer three tiers of service levels for a fixed management fee to suit individual client's needs: Silver, Gold and Platinum. The Silver service level is for financial management only, where the directors of a resident management company prefers to keep maintenance responsibilities required under their lease and statutory legislation for themselves. A majority of our clients opt to have our expert team handle all the normal aspects of their building management under the Gold service level option. However, many prestige high end blocks prefer the Platinum service level which incorporates a wider range of additional services as part of their desired management service level.
