Carlton made the transfer from our previous managing agent very easy – we didn’t have to do anything other than giving notice. We had been with the previous agents for a number of years, and for most of that time we were frustrated by the lack of information, the high fees charged with no explanations (despite several requests) and their general dismissive attitude.  We’re so pleased we changed to Carlton. At first we thought we probably would get much the same but we couldn’t tolerate the previous agents any more.
